Tday

Things have balanced out and it seems that we have caught up on a lot of work. As a team everyone is working together well and I think our productivity will reflect that in today's final numbers. Another big stack of reworks is waiting in the shadows, okay 2 stacks time to break out the big stick lol.

Monday

Hectic Monday with a lot of printing issues now that we have to print double the documents it takes a lot longer and with everyone trying to print at the same time because if you don't you wont have anything to turn in at the end of the day makes it pretty difficult. Its a new situation and hopefully we can work out the kinks soon.

TGIF

Were playing musical chairs , the office is moving around and so are we. Had a good day as a team we ran through all the news and most of the reworks along with some sendbacks. Until the next stack .....

Tday

Today was busy but as a team we stayed productive and ran through all the news which were the priority of the day. As the reworks that come back don't need to be upgraded to fed because of already being updated productivity is going up. Until the next big stack......have a good day.

Monday

Live everyday like its your last because it might be. Roughly translated work everyday like it might be your last and it won't be. Reworks galore the stack is down to about 1\3 of what it was and that just the stack on my desk lol. Actually as a team we are running through them pretty quickly and on too the 1800's.

TGIF

Busy week full of reworks but as a team we are working through the stacks one by one, once were finished hopefully it will be back to business as usual the reworks are taking as long as a new because other than submissions which some of the reworks also need they are basically the same whether you upgrade to fed or create a new account.

Wed

It was a very busy day and from the looks of the turned in folders we as a team did a great job and had a very productive day. With changes it takes time to implement and put them in your normal routine but once the changes are second nature its amazing how you can do more with the same amount of time.
